What is Sutaka’s role in selecting and managing agency products?

  • Regulatory compliance: all markets are different and it is imperative that the necessary due diligence is done to ensure any new product complies with its new market place.
  • Criteria for product evaluation: It takes a thorough knowledge & understanding to read opportunities and trends to optimize distribution
  • Criteria for sub-agency selection: the need for an experienced, professional local representative or partner is imperative, which is often the first step on the road to success. We will select the correct sub-agent based on our extensive networks in the local market.
  • Marketing and promotional support: any new product has to be supported at local level and Sutaka will manage the supplier & distributor process.
  • Volume Forecasting and Logistics Management : we work with supplier and distributor to project forward demands on manufacturing and work with both parties to optimise their cash flow and supply chain
